DAYTONA BEACH REAL ESTATE The Jack White Land Company is a Daytona Beach boutique real estate brokerage company dedicated to enhancing & promoting sustainable living in urban and historic areas. We specialize in Downtown Daytona Beach Real Estate, Urban Properties and Historic Homes and Green Living. We are a third generation Daytona Beach Family who understands the unique urban real estate market in Daytona Beach better than anyone else. For commercial and residential properties in the Daytona Beach Urban Center, turn to the experts: The Jack White Land Company.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION Our family has grown up in and restored old, historic homes and buildings in the historic districts of Daytona Beach and know how to find the deals in foreclosures, short-sales, and bank-owned properties that are perfect for historic preservation. Our real estate investment company also owns two historic office and retail buildings in the downtown that have been carefully renovated and preserved and can be leased out for office space or retail space.
URBAN-INFILL DEVELOPMENT As developers we also know new construction and loft-style living in Daytona Beach. In 2006, our development company completed the Wall Street Lofts, located on Magnolia Ave in the heart of Downtown Daytona Beach. This 3 floor multi-use building is the first of its kind in Daytona Beach. It offers first floor commercial units, and second and third floor urban, Chicago-style lofts. Check out our projects page for more on our developments and historic renovations in Daytona Beach.
GOING GREEN in DAYTONA BEACH The "Going Green" trend is quickly sweeping the nation. People are making the effort to buy trendy gas-efficient cars, use environmentally- safe building materials, or convert their suburban homes to solar energy. These are all great ways to be involved in the movement but have you thought about including a green lifestyle? Going green really means moving back into the urban centers. Moving into the city prevents moving outward into un-developed land. This preserves not only the environment but the historic buildings and homes that have become vacant as a result of urban-sprawl. Not to mention you won't need a gas efficient car when you don't need a car at all. Urban living means living closer to the places you work and play, so you can trade your hybrid in for a bicycle.
