Wallstreet Lofts
Circa 2006
Our flagship project and Daytona's first urban living project in the Magnolia Park District of Downtown Daytona Beach. Units come with an industrial loft look: 10-12 foot high ceilings, exposed ductwork and oversized windows. Close to restaurants and other entertainment, units range from 1000-2200sq.ft., open loft-style floor plans, Chicago store front architecture, professional office space on first floor, residential loft living on floors two and three, roof top garden overlooking downtown on the fourth floor.




The Warren Harding

Circa 1921
A historic boutique office building located on Orange Avenue in Downtown Daytona Beach. This building once housed the offices of Florida's governor. Units vary in size from 450 to 4000 sq ft. Offices overlook the historic fire station and the Halifax River.



W.H. Gardiner
Circa 1920
Named after W.H. Gardiner, a famous photographer who moved here in the early 1900's, this building is our newest urban renewal project. Located on Beach Street, overlooking Riverfront Park and the Halifax River, the W.H. Gardiner building houses professional office and retail/restaurant space with units ranging in size from 1750 sq. ft. to 4400 sq ft.



WC Grand
Circa 2011
The W.C. Grand is a collection of 17 city homes in the heart of one of Daytona Beach's most historic neighborhoods. The design and flow of these two and three bedroom coastal residences make them creative spaces with a practical purpose. The grand prize is the private rooftop garden that has proven to be a popular feature for entertaining or just relaxing. White Challis Redevelopment and E.J.S Design/Consulting have partnered with the City of Daytona Beach Community Redevelopment Agency to bring this project to life.

The Wright Building

Millworks
Circa 2011
In 2011, White Challis was selected by the city of Ocala to redevelop a multi phase project their downtown. The first residential phase for this project will be the Millworks. 19 industrial row-house style townhomes to include 2 car auto garages and private rooftop gardens.




The Factory
Circa 2012
The FACTORY is another mixed use project in the heart of Cocoa Village. The White Challis team was selected by the city of Cocoa to redevelop the former City Hall site into a mixture of 24 residential lofts and 15,000 sq ft of commercial retail.
